SUBJECT: SECOND UPDATED "On Hold" Notice

Dear Ms. Gifford:
The Planning Division of the City of Renton accepted the above master application for review on March 14, 2018. The review of this project was originally placed “on hold” per the On
Hold letter dated June 11, 2018. The information requested in the June 11, 2018 on hold letter as well as the updated on hold letter dated January 8, 2019 letter have been received.
A meeting with the Environmental Review Committee (ERC) will be held to consider the Consistency Analysis. Prior to taking the project off hold and continuing our review, an update before
the City Council regarding the Energize Eastside corridor should be held. I will work with your team to schedule a date that works for your schedule.
