The City does not intend to file motions, however, we do intend to submit a response brief to the appeal pursuant to RMC 4-8-110.E.3.b. The City would request that the parties exchange
witness and exhibit lists prior to the hearing. The City suggested a deadline of May 17, 2019 for exchange of witnesses and exhibits and a deadline of May 20, 2019 for exchange of any
rebuttal to witnesses/exhibits. Thank you for considering our request.

The City Clerk has advised that City staff would like a briefing schedule set for the Wilson Park 2 Extension Denial appeal. As no motion has been filed, it's unclear what the briefing
schedule would address. By this email I'm asking the City if they have any motions they intend on filing prior to the May 21, 2019 hearing. Also, if the parties would like to exchange
witness and exhibit lists prior to the hearing please let me know by responding to all the parties of this email. Witness and exhibit lists would disclose all the witnesses and exhibits
intended to be presented by both parties and would also involve emailing the exhbiits prior to the appeal hearing.
