SUMMARY OF PROPOSED CHANGE:
Provide all labor,equipment,subcontracting, bonding, insurance for the complete work required for the extra
work as outlined below and shown in the contractor's proposal:

Reduced the number of trees to be installed from 24 to 0.
Shrubs REVISED ITEM: EACH 60 $18.33 $1,099.80
Increased the number of shrubs to be installed from 255 to 315.
Hydroseed REVISED ITEM: SF -7,340 $0.20 -$1,468.00
Reduced the amount of hydroseed to be installed from 7,340 SF to 0 SF.
Emergent NEW ITEM: EACH 15 $5.00 $75.00
Mix-b Emergent Mix-b shall be installed per the 2019 Work Plan provided by
GeoEngineers,the contract documents and original planting plan
Live Stake NEW ITEM: EACH 65 $7.50 $487.50
Live Stakes shall be installed per the 2019 Work Plan provided by GeoEngineers,
the contract documents and original planting plan
