4. Discussion/Action Items
a. Coffee Bar re-opening/Grand opening
Larger grand opening for Coffee Bar is currently being planned.
b. 40th Anniversay—Saturday, September 7
Will be held at Renton Senior Activity Center from 11-213M. Senior Advisory Board will
help with planning and organization of event.
c. Senior Resource Expo—Saturday, October 12
Will be held at Renton Senior Activity Center from 10-2PM
d. Retreat—Monday, May 6
Agenda will include Bob Harrison City of Renton's chief administrative officer. Roberta
Graver, Community Services Administrative Assistant, board training. Maggie, will go
over needs assessment and senior business plan.

b. Senior Picnic—July 25, 2019
Will be held at Renton Community Center
c. Senior Day at Renton's Farmer's Market
Tuesday,August 20, 3-7PM
d. Coffee Bar Update—Michael Nolan
Coffee bar is 98% complete currently working on mounting of TV. Quartz backsplash and
electrical for water heater will be installed tomorrow. Hopefully everything will be done
Wednesday, April 3rd. Soft opening will take place when complete.
