The City of Renton invites you to respond to a Request for Proposal (RFP)for development of the parcel
located at 300 Rainier Ave. Information about the City's benefits, instructions and deadlines for
submitting a proposal, and an RFP questionnaire are available on the City's website at
www.rentwa.gov/bids. Responses are due by July 31, 2019.
