AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT FOR PARKING
ATTENDANT SERVICES
THIS AMENDMENT, dated June 21, 2019, is by and between the City of Renton (the "City"), a
Washington municipal corporation, and Valet Mobile, LLC d/b/a Red Carpet Valet("Consultant").
The City and the Consultant are referred to collectively in this Amendment as the"Parties."Once
fully executed by the Parties, this Amendment is effective as of the last date signed by both
parties.
Whereas, the City engaged the services of the Consultant under Agreement CAG-18-281, dated
November 20, 2018, to provide necessary services for the 4th of July Celebration and Cruz the
Loop Events(referred to herein as the "Agreement");
Whereas, the Parties wish to amend the Agreement to add additional City events in order to
provide parking attendant services.
NOW THEREFORE, It is mutually agreed upon that CAG-18-281 is amended as follows:
1. Scope of Work:Section 1, Scope of Work, is amended to add work as specified in Exhibit
A, which is attached.
2. Time of Performance: Section 3, Time of Performance, is amended pursuant to the
schedule(s)set forth in Exhibit A,which is attached.
3. Compensation:Section 4, additional Compensation shall be paid based upon Work actual
performed according to the rate(s) or amounts specified in Exhibit A, which is attached.
The additional Compensation approved in this Amendment increases the total
compensation from$1,216.61 to$6,640.69, an increase of$5,424.08.
4. All terms of the Agreement not explicitly modified herein shall remain in full force and
effect and such terms shall apply to Work performed according to this Amendment as if
fully set forth herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the Parties have voluntarily entered into this Agreement as of the date
last signed by the Parties below.

Parking Lot Attendant Agreement
WHEREAS, CLIENT desires to provide parking attendant services for guests who attend the
following events:
City of Renton 4th of July Celebration Event held on July 4th 2019,at 1201 Lake Washington
Blvd N; Renton, WA 98056 from 6:30 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.; and WHEREAS, CLIENT and Red
Carpet choose to state the terms and conditions upon which Red Carpet will provide that
parking service to Client'guests;
CLIENT and Red Carpet agree as follows:
1. COMPENSATION. In consideration for providing valet parking services, Red Carpet shall
be paid $4581.81. Forms of payment accepted include Visa, Mastercard, American
Express, or Check.
Five (5) Parking Attendants from 6:30a.m.-9:00 p.m. @ $47.50/hr
One (1) Parking Manager from 6:30a.m.-9:00 p.m. @ $49.50/hr
2. LOCATION OF SERVICE. Parking attendants will provide service at 1201 Lake Washington
Blvd N; Renton, WA 98056 ("Parking Attendant Station").
City of Renton Cruz the Loop Event held on July 6th 2019, at Piazza Park 233 Burnett Ave
South; Renton, WA 98056; from 5:00 p.m. until 9:30 p.m.; and WHEREAS, CLIENT and Red
Carpet choose to state the terms and conditions upon which Red Carpet will provide that
parking service to Client'guests;
CLIENT and Red Carpet agree as follows:
1. COMPENSATION. In consideration for providing valet parking services, Red Carpet shall
be paid $842.27. Forms of payment accepted include Visa, Mastercard, American
Express, or Check.
Four (4)Certified Flaggers from 5:00 p.m.—9:30 p.m. @ $42.50/hr
2. LOCATION OF SERVICE. Flagger attendants will provide service at Piazza Park 233
Burnett Ave South; Renton, WA 98056("Flagging Attendant Station").
