and executed on 3/12/2019 and identified as Agreement No. CAG-19-040
All provisions in the basic agreement remain in effect except as expressly modified by this supplement.
The changes to the agreement are described as follows:
Section 1, SCOPE OF WORK, is hereby changed to read:
The Scope of Work of the Original Agreement are supplemented to include the attached Exhibit A.

Section IV, TIME FOR BEGINNING AND COMPLETION, is amended to change the number of calendar days
for completion of the work to read: No Change.

Section V, PAYMENT, shall be amended as follows:

A. PROJECT BACKGROUND/DESCRIPTION
The City of Renton ("City") completed the design and construction of the NE 31st Street
Bridge Replacement Project ("Project") that spans over May Creek. This is a federally
funded project that will undergo a project audit of both the design and construction
documentation by WSDOT Highways & Local Programs.
In preparation of a project audit, the City entered into a professional services contract
with KPG ("Consultant") to review of all documentation collected, developed, and filed
throughout the life of the construction contract. The City has determined that additional
services are required to complete the hard copy and electronic filing systems for the
project.
This scope outlines the professional services required to meet the City's goal of
developing a file structure that meets WSDOT Highways& Local Programs filing protocols
that will assist in achieving a successful construction documentation review by WSDOT
Local Programs.
B. ASSUMPTIONS
The following assumptions were identified to provide basis of the scope and fee:
❑ Professional services to be rendered will not exceed $20,000 unless an authorized
contract amendment is approved by the City.
❑ Co-location at the City may be necessary at times, but not required throughout the
duration of the contract.

❑ Direct correspondence with the engineer of record, prime contractor, and sub-
contractors will be the City's responsibility.
C. KPG DELIVERABLES
Deliverables prepared by the Consultant are identified at the end of each Work Element
(WE).
D. CITY OF RENTON PROVIDED ITEMS:
The City of Renton will provide/prepare the following:
❑ Correspondence with the engineer of record, prime contractor, and sub-contractor
❑ Office space with a desk and chair
E. SCOPE OF WORK
WORK ELEMENT 1—MANAGEMENT/ADMINISTRATION
The Estimated project duration is 1 month.
1.1 The Consultant will provide continuous project management for the project
duration (estimate 1 month). The Consultant will prepare monthly progress
reports identifying work completed in the previous month, work in progress, and
upcoming work elements. These reports will be submitted with the Consultant
invoices.
Work Element 1 Deliverables:
• Monthly progress reports (1 months)
WORK ELEMENT 2—CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION FILING
2.1 The Consultant shall provide Construction Management Documentation
Coordinator services to develop electronic and hard copy project filing systems
meeting WSDOT Highways & Local Program requirements. Services under this
task include modifying the existing hard copy filing system to a 8.5"x11" folder
structure,scanning existing construction documentation,developing an electronic
folder structure, and placement of scanned documents in the electronic folder
structure.
Work Element 2 Deliverables:
• Construction Documentation Filing and Organization
• Assist the City in Preparing for the Project Audit
