The above mentioned code enforcement matter (Colee Carport) is currently scheduled before the Hearing Examiner on Tuesday August 20. The parties in this matter have agreed to continue
the hearing for further settlement negotiations. Unless there is an objection from Ms. Petersen, I would propose that the matter be set out 60 days to allow these negotiations to continue.
