The party hereto agrees that the BOB SINGH PLAT S.E. 191ST STREET HOMEOWNER'S
ASSOCIATION shall be responsible for the maintenance of Open Space and Recreational
Facilities, Surface Water Drainage Facilities and Common Utilities located in Tract"D", as
shown on the said plat. This covenant shall be binding on the heirs, successors, and assigns of
the party to this agreement and shall run with the title to the properties within the plat.
