THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between the BOB SINGH PLAT S.E.
191ST STREET HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION on the following terms and conditions:
The above named party to this Agreement is the record owner of the BOB SINGH PLAT of the
City of Renton Plat No. U1}] -00/7 iled on the day of T C ,

The party hereto agrees that the BOB SINGH PLAT S.E. 191ST STREET HOMEOWNER'S
ASSOCIATION shall be responsible for the maintenance of the entire Roadway, Surface Water
Drainage Facilities and Common Utilities located in TRACT"B"and TRACT"C", as shown on
the said plat. This covenant shall be binding on the heirs, successors, and assigns of the party
to this agreement and shall run with the title to the properties within the plat.
Further agreed upon is that parking within the vehicular areas of said tracts shall be prohibited.
