LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
Lot 2,Block 1,Edendale Addition,according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 60,Page 81,of Plats,records of King
County;Situate in the NE Quarter of Section 5 Township 23 North,Range 5 East in the County of King,State of Washington
WHEREAS the City of Renton has constructed utility facilities that provide benefit to the property owner's property; and
WHEREAS Special Assessment District 9204 was established by Ordinance No(4362)recorded under King County
Recording Number No(9209021077).
WHEREAS Special Assessment District 0025 was established by Ordinance No(5082)recorded under King County
Recording Number(20040825000604);and
WHEREAS the Owner has agreed to pay,in annual payments,the amount of the Special Assessments for utility connection
in the original amount of S 9,222.48; and
WHEREAS the agreement provides for a lien against the property,a penalty and interest for late payments,and attorney
fees and costs for collection; and
WHEREAS the agreement provides that upon sale or re-finance of the property the then remaining balance is due and
payable;
NOW THEREFORE the Owner and the City of Renton hereby provide notice of their mutual agreement. For current
