TERMINATION OF TEMPORARY USE OF PRIVATE LIFT STATION AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, a Temporary Use of Private Lift Station Agreement was heretofore executed by and
between the City of Renton, a Washington municipal corporation, and Toc Dan Ton & Tiffany
Wong, and
WHEREAS, said Temporary Use of Private Lift Station Agreement was recorded on the 19th day
of February, 2008, bearing Auditor's File Number 20080219000383, and
WHEREAS, said Temporary Use of Private Lift Station Agreement is of record on specifically
defined properties; and
WHEREAS, said Temporary Use of Private Lift Station Agreement has been fully satisfied and it is
necessary that all parcels covered by the legal descriptions bearing Auditor's File Number
20080219000383 be released from said Temporary Use of Private Lift Station Agreement due to
the satisfaction of said agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN: That the Temporary Use of Private Lift Station Agreement
bearing Auditor's File Number 20080219000383 has been fully satisfied and all described
properties within the agreement should be and shall be and are hereby fully released from any
further responsibilities or claims under said Temporary Use of Private Lift Station Agreement.
