WHEREAS the City of Renton is constructing facilities that provide benefit to the owner's property; and
WHEREAS a restrictive covenant has been recorded against the subject property requiring the owner to pay his/her/their
fair share of street frontage improvements;and
WHEREAS the Owner has agreed to pay,in annual payments pursuant to City of Renton Ordinance No. 5428,the Capital
Improvement Deferrals Cost Contribution in the original amount of $6,022.15 plus interest; and
WHEREAS the agreement provides for a lien against the property,a penalty and interest for late payments,and attorney
fees and costs for collection; and _.
WHEREAS the agreement provides that upon sale or re-finance of the property the then remaining balance is due and
payable;
NOW THEREFORE the Owner and the City of Renton hereby provide notice of their mutual agreement.
