Lot 4, Block 2 Albert Balch's Sierra Heights#4, according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 61 of
Plats, page(s) 18 and 19, in King County,Washington.
WHEREAS the City of Renton has constructed utility facilities that provide benefit to the property owner's property; and
WHEREAS Special Assessment District 0045 was established by Ordinance No(5553).recorded under King County
Recording Number PENDING and;
WHEREAS Special Assessment District 9205 was established by Ordinance No(4482).recorded under King County
Recording Number 9412020474 and;
WHEREAS Special Assessment District 8611 was established by Ordinance No(4025).recorded under King County
Recording Number 8612031455 and;
WHEREAS the Owner has agreed to pay,in annual payments,the amount of the Special Assessments for utility connection
in the original amount of$9.953.28; and
WHEREAS the agreement provides for a lien against the property,a penalty and interest for late payments,and attorney
fees and costs for collection; and
WHEREAS the agreement provides that upon sale or re-finance of the property the then remaining balance is due and
payable;
NOW THEREFORE the Owner and the City of Renton hereby provide notice of their mutual agreement. For current
