TREE PLANTING COVENANT
Grantor(s): Subhashni Kumar, owner of the following real property in the City of Renton, County of King, State of
Washington, as described below:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 34, Block 46, corrected plat of Renton Highlands Division No. 2 according to the plat
thereof recorded in Volume 57 of Plats, Pages 92-98, records of King County, Washington.
Whereas the Grantor(s), Owner(s) of said described property, desire to improve the following restrictive covenants
running with the land as to use, present and future, of the above-described real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, the aforesaid Owner(s) here establish, grant and impose restrictions and covenants running
with the land hereto attached described with respect to the use by the undersigned, his successors, heirs and
assigns as follows:
Installation of Improvements: The owner(s) of the above-described property, their successors, heirs and assigns,
hereby agree and covenant to:
Plant and maintain two ornamental trees, within the 20-foot front yard setback, per new lots
The trees shall be planted prior to final building permit inspection. The minimum size shall be
1'Y2-inch caliper for deciduous trees or 6 to 8 feet in height for conifer trees.
Duration: These covenants shall run with the land in perpetuity.
Any violation or breach of these restrictive covenants may be enforced by proper legal procedures in the Superior
court of King County by either the City of Renton or any property owners adjoining subject property who are
adversely affected by said breach.
