TERMINATION OF DECLARATION OF PUBLIC SEWER COVENANT
WHEREAS, a Declaration of Public Sewer Covenant was heretofore executed by and between the
City of Renton, a Washington municipal corporation, and Linda Pillo, and
WHEREAS, said Declaration of Public Sewer Covenant was recorded on the 4th day of
November, 1998, bearing Auditor's File Number 9811042041, and
WHEREAS, said Declaration of Public Sewer Covenant is of record on specifically defined
properties; and
WHEREAS, said Declaration of Public Sewer Covenant has been fully satisfied and it is necessary
that all parcels covered by the legal descriptions bearing Auditor's File Number 9811042041 be
released from said Declaration of Public Sewer Covenant due to the satisfaction of said
agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN: That the Declaration of Public Sewer Covenant bearing
Auditor's File Number 9811042041 has been fully satisfied and all described properties within the
covenant should be and shall be and are hereby fully released from any further responsibilities or
claims under said Declaration of Public Sewer Covenant.
