WHEREAS, the City of Renton, Washington did require certain restrictive covenants as a
condition of deferral of installation of on/off site improvements for Pohl Short Plat — SHPL-
060-87 legally described above; and
WHEREAS, the City of Renton installed the required improvements as part of a Capital
Improvement Project (Jones Ave NE Sidewalks), and the fair share of the cost of the
improvements fronting the parcel described above were paid; and
WHEREAS, the conditions now permit the termination of the aforesaid restrictive covenant;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Renton does hereby authorize the release of the restrictive
covenant described above on the land described above.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said City has caused this instrument to be executed this lq day
