WHEREAS,said restrictive covenant applied to off-site improvements; and,

SUBJECT: RELEASE OF RESTRICTIVE CONVENANT
KENNEWICK PLACE SHORT PLAT
The Board of Public Works granted a deferral of improvements for the Kennewick Place
Short Plat. The deferral approval included a condition of a restrictive convenant
prohibiting the sale of the lots until the required improvements were completed. The
required street, drainage and utility improvements for this short plat have been completed
and approved by the City. Therefore, the restrictive covenant can now be released from
the property.
The covenant to be released was recorded under Auditor's File No. 20000906000042. The
release form for signature is attached.
