North, Range 5 East, W.M., City of Renton, King County, Washington.
The undersigned, Pacific Gulf Properties, Inc., as Grantor, declares that the above
described property is hereby subject to a covenant for review of parking needs and hereby
covenants to the City of Renton (Grantee) as follows:
Tenant parking needs shall be analyzed prior to building permit issuance, including
tenant
improvements. If the ultimate user of the property exceeds the number of employees from what is
expected for a typical warehouse/distribution use or is a fleet-based user with higher parking
demands, then further environmental review and additional parking may be required prior to
issuance of a building permit and/or business license.
