with the land hereto attached described with respect to the use by the undersigned his successors,heirs,and
assigns as follows:
1. The use of extra rigid foundations supporting a flexible superstructure shall be incorporated into the
general design of any proposed structures.
2. A small,square or a nearly square-shaped building pad shall be utilized as opposed to a large,
irregularly shaped building pad.
3. Consideration in design of the superstructure shall include the ability to relevel the building and any
gravity-dependent utilities.
4. Utility couplings shall be flexible enough to anticipate some post-construction ground movement.
5. A qualified geotechnical engineer shall be present when site preparation is initiated so the appropriate
corrective actions can be recommended if any mining related features are encountered.
