REMOVAL OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANT
WHEREAS, the City of Renton required that certain restrictive covenant recorded under
King County Auditor's File No. 7910150663; and
WHEREAS, the reason for requiring such covenant no longer exists; and
WHEREAS, the City of Renton has formally reviewed a request to remove the restrictive
covenant and finds that such removal is in the public interest and for the public benefit;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Renton does hereby release that certain restrictive
covenant recorded under King County Auditor's File No. 7910150663 relating to the following
