Whereas the Grantor,(Owner)as named above,desires to impose the following restrictive covenants
running with the land as to use,present and future,of the described real property.
NOW,THEREFORE,the Owner hereby establishes,grants and imposes restrictions and covenants running
with the land hereto attached described with respect to the use by the undersigned his successors,heirs,and
assigns as follows:
REMOVAL OF TRAILER HOME
The owner of the above described property,his successors,heirs and assigns,hereby agree and covenant to
remove the trailer home currently sitting on Lot I,before either Lot 1 or Lot 2 can be sold to any person or
corporation.
DURATION
8 These covenants shall run with the land until such time as the aforementioned trailer is removed from the
m property. Upon presentation of proof of removal of said trailer to the City of Renton,the City will file a
release of covenant.
