KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the CITY OF RENTON,a municipal corporation,is the holder of
a restrictive covenant in the form of a Temporary Water Service Agreement acquired from Sanford E Webb and
Marina B.Webb,recorded under Auditor's File No.79007300808,records of King County,State of Washington;

WHEREAS,on September 3, 1998 the City received a request from the owner of the property encumbered by the
restrictive covenant to release said covenant; and,

NOW THEREFORE,THE CITY OF RENTON does hereby abandon and release all rights acquired under the
