IN CONSIDERATION FOR the approval by the City of Renton and pursuant to the conditions of that approval
by the City of Renton,the Grantor agrees and declares as follows:
I 1. Successors and Assigns: The covenants herein contained shall run with the land and are binding upon all

the public sewer system upon availability of sewers and that the property owner shall pay all costs of

to a sanitary sewer, even if such sewer is installed by a developer for the purpose of meeting platting
requirements and the undersigned is not an owner within the confines of said plat.
