Whereas the Grantor(s), Owner(s)of said described property, desire to impose the following restrictive covenants
running with the land as to use,present and future, of the above described real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, the aforesaid Owner(s)hereby establish, grant and impose restrictions and covenants running
with the land hereto attached described with respect to the use by the undersigned,his successors,heirs,and assigns
as follows:
Right of Flight: The owner(s)of the above described property,their successors, heirs and assigns,hereby agree and
covenant to permit the operation and unobstructed passage of all aircraft("aircraft"being defined for the purpose of
this instrument as any contrivance now known or hereinafter invented, used or designed for navigation of, or flight in
the air)by whosoever owned and operated, in all airspace above the surface of Grantor's property, tc an infinite
height above said Grantor's property. This covenant is imposed because the owner(s)property is located within
10,000 feet of the Renton Municipal Airport at a height above mean sea level which is higher than the Airport
Horizontal Surface height of 179 feet above mean sea level, which may result in low flying aircraft over the property
and dwellings and other buildings at any time of the 24-hour day.
Duration: These convenants shall run with the land in perpetuity or until the Renton Municipal Airport is no longer
CD in operation.

Any violation or breach of these restrictive covenants may be enforced by proper legal procedures in the Superior
Court of King County be either the City of Renton or any property owners adjoining subject property who are
adversely affected by said breach.
