and assigns as follows:
Installation of On-site improvements: The owner(s)of the above described property,their successors,
heirs and assigns,hereby agree to install shared driveway improvements upon issuance of a building permit for
new construction..
Duration: These covenants shall nm with the land. If at any time improvements are installed pursuant to these
covenants,the portion of the covenants pertaining to the specific installed improvements as required by the
Ordinances of the City of Renton shall terminate without necessity of further documentation.
Any violation or breach of these restrictive covenants may be enforced by proper legal procedures in the Superior
