sanitary sewers,storm sewers,undergrounding of utilities,and street lighting. These covenant are imposed in lieu
of Section 9-1105(6)of Title IX of Ordinance#1628 of the City of Renton.
Duration: These covenants shall run with the land. If at any time improvements are installed pursuant to these

m Ordinances of the City of Renton shall terminate without necessity of further documentation.
Any violation or breach of theserestrictive covenants may he Pnfo
rced by proper legal procedures in the Superior
Court of King County by either the City of Renton or any property owners adjoining subject property who are
adversely affected by said breach.
