Whereas the Grantee,as named above,is the holder of a restrictive covenant acquired from the above named Grantor(s)dated January
6,1993 and September 20,1.993 and recorded under Recording Number 9301061661 and 9309200914 of King County,State of
Washington;and
WHEREAS,the Board of Public Works of the City of Renton,Washington did require certain restrictive covenants as a condition of
deferral of installation of on/off site improvements for Prellwitz Short Plat legally described above.
WHEREAS,tie Board of Public Works did,on Feburary 18,1998 determine that the required improvements had been installed and
approved and that conditions now permit the termination of the covenants.
NOW,THEREFORE,the City of Renton does hereby abandon and release all rights under the above escribed restrictive covenant on
the land described above. •
