RESOLUTION NO. 4208
WHEREAS, the City has need for funding to support basic life support services; and
WHEREAS, the funding provided under this contract is intended for basic life support
services; and
WHEREAS, King County proposed to make certain funds available for 2014 with support
for 2015 through 2019 to be determined later; and
WHEREAS, the proposed contract establishes the terms and conditions for the funding
from 2014 through 2019;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The above recitals are found to be true and correct in all respects.
SECTION II. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to enter into a contract
with King County entitled King County Contract For Basic Life Support Services, King County
Contract No. EMS3342, for funding from 2014 through 2019 and such extensions or
amendments that do not materially alter the contract.
