ORDINANCE NO. 5716
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AMENDING SECTION
1-3-2 OF CHAPTER 3, REMEDIES AND PENALTIES, OF TITLE I (ADMINISTRATIVE)
OF THE RENTON MUNICIPAL CODE, BY REVISING THE DEFINITION OF
"ADMINISTRATOR".
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Subsection 1-3-2.B.l, "Administrator", of Chapter 3, Remedies and
Penalties, of Title 1, Administrative, of the Renton Municipal Code, is hereby amended as
follows:
1. "Administrator" shall mean tho Administrator of tho Department of
Community and Economic Dovelopmont or his or hor designoo or the designee
of tho Mayor and/or the City Council of the City of Ronton a Citv of Renton
department administrator or designee.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall be effective upon its passage, approval, and thirty
(30) days after publication
