RESOLUTION NO. 4102
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ENTER INTO AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH
KENT FIRE DEPARTMENT REGIONAL FIRE AUTHORITY ENTITLED INTERLOCAL
COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Interlocal Cooperation Act, as amended, and codified in Chapter 39.34 of
the Revised Code of Washington provides for interlocal cooperation between governmental
agencies; and
WHEREAS, the City and the Kent Fire Department Regional Fire Authority desire to
utilize each other's procurement agreements when it is in their mutual interest;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The above recitals are found to be true and correct in all respects.
SECTION II. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to enter into an
interlocal agreement with Kent Fire Department Regional Fire Authority entitled Interlocal
Cooperative Purchasing Agreement.
