ORDINANCE NO.5121
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON,WASHINGTON,
INCREASING COMMUNITY SERVICES'2005 PARK PICNIC SHELTER
FEES.
WHEREAS,the City ofRenton wishes to provide to its citizens the most cost effective
services possible;and
WHEREAS,the City Council has adopted a policy that the Picnic Shelters'fees shall
cover the costs of services;
NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON,DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION L Attachment A authorizes the Non-Coulon Picnic Shehers fees for 2005.
SECTION n.This ordinance shall be effective upon its passage,approval,
and five days after publication.
