RESOLUTION NO.3955
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON,WASHINGTON,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ENTER INTO A
CONTRACT WITH KING COUNTY REGARDING FUNDING FOR
BASIC LIFE SUPPORT SERVICES FOR THE RENTON FIRE &
EMERGENCY SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS,the funding provided under this contract is intended for basic life support
serVIces;
NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON,DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I.
SECTION II.
The above recitals are found to be true and correct in all respects.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to enter into a
contract with King County entitled King County Contract for Services with Other Government,
Institution,or Jurisdiction -2008,King County Contract No.D38180D,for basic life support
servIces.
