HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 3894CITY OF RENTON,WASIllNGTON RESOLUTION NO.3894 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON,WASHINGTON, APPROVING FINAL PLAT (MONTEREY PLACE ll,FILE NO.LUA- 07-040FP). WHEREAS,a petition for the approval of a final plat for the subdivision of a certain tract of land as hereinafter more particularly described,located within the City of Renton,has been duly approved by the PlanninglBuildinglPublic Works Department;and WHEREAS,after investigation,the Administrator of the PlanninglBuildinglPublic Works Department has considered and recommended the approval of the final plat,and the approval is proper and advisable and in the public interest;and WHEREAS,the City Council has determine that appropriate provisions are made for the public health,safety,and general welfare and for such open spaces,drainage ways,streets or roads,alleys,other public ways,transit stops,potable water supplies,sanitary wastes,parks and recreation,playgrounds,schools,school grounds,sidewalks and other planning features that assure safe walking conditions for students who walk to and from school;and WHEREAS,the City Council has determined that the public use and interest will be served by the platting of the subdivision and dedication; NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASIllNGTON,DOES RESOLVB AS FOLLOWS: SECTIONL SECTIONll. real estate,to wit: The above findings are true and correct in all respects. The final plat is hereby approved pertaining to the following described 1 RESOLUTION NO.3894 See Exhibit it "A"attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth (The property,consisting of approximately 11,459 square feet between Monterey Ave.NE and Monterey Ct.NE and NE 16th Street) Such plat is subject to the laws and ordinances ofthe City of Renton and subject to the findings, conclusions and recommendation of the Planning/Building/Public Works Department dated October 19,2006.
