RESOLUTION NO.3739
A RESOLUTION OF THE CI1Y OF RENTON,WASHINGTON,
ADOPTING THE 2005 WATER SYSTEM PLAN.
WHEREAS,the 2005 Water System Plan ("Plan")was reviewed by the City of Renton
Environmental Review Committee,which issued a Determination ofNon-Significance;and
WHEREAS,a Notice of Environmental Determination was made public,and no
comments or appeals were received during the public comment and appeal periods,which ended
~ovember29,2004;and
WHEREAS,the Plan was presented to the Renton City Council,discussed at a meeting
ofthe Utilities Committee,and recommended for adoption by the full City Council;and
WHEREAS,the Plan is compatible with the intent of the City's adopted Comprehensive
Plans;
NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTO~,DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

The above findings are true and correct in all respects.
The 2005 Water System Plan is hereby adopted by the City of
