RESOLUTION NO.3784
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON,WASHINGTON,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ENTER INTO AN
INTERLOCAL COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH KING
CONSERVATION DISTRICT NO.9 FOR AWARD OF A NON-
COMPETITIVE GRANT FOR THE SW 34TH STREET CULVERT
REPLACEMENT PROJECT.
WHEREAS,King Conservation District No.9 has funds available to it to assist the City
of Renton in providing certain conservation activities that are authorized and described in RCW
89.08.220;and
WHEREAS,the City of Renton has applied for and received a grant to perfonn such
activities;and
WHEREAS,it is necessary to document the terms and conditions relating to the award of
the grant to the City ofRenton;
NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON,DOES RESOLVB AS FOLLOWS:

The above findings are true and correct in all respects.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to enter into an
agreement for the award of a non-competitive grant to the City of Renton from King
Conservation District No.9,for the SW 34th Street Culvert Replacement Project.
