AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON,WASHINGTON,
AMENDING SECTION 4--1-150,FIRE PREVENTION FEES,OF
CHAPTER 1,ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT,OF TITLE IV
(DEVEWPMENT REGULATIONS)OF ORDINANCE NO.4260
ENTITLED "CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
RENTON,WASHINGTON"BY AMENDING THE FIRE PREVENTION
FEES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,WASIDNGTON,DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTIONL Section 4-1-150 of Chapter 1,·Administration and Enforcement,of
Title IV (Development Regulations)of Ordinance No.4260 entitled "Code of General
Ordinances ofthe City ofRenton,Washington"is hereby amended to read as follows:
4-1-150 FIRE PREVENTION FEES:
Value of Work
$0 to $249.99
$250.00 to $999.99
$1,000.00 to $4,999.99
$5,000.00 or more
Construction Re-Inspection
Violation Re-Inspection after 30-day
period (whenever 30 days or more have
passed since Fire Department notification
of a violation,which required re-
inspection,and suchviolation has not been
remedied or anted an extension).

$30.00
$20.00 plus 2%of the cost
$50.00 plus 2%ofthe cost
$60.00 plus 0.9%ofthe cost
A fee of $60.00 per hour may be assessed
ifthe requested inspection does not meet
the a roval of the ins ector.
