WHEREAS,the City ofRenton wishes to provide to its citizens the most cost effective services possible;and WHEREAS,the City COlUlCil has adopted a policy that the Athletic Field Lights fees shall cover the costs of services; NOW THEREFORE,THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON" WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. SECTION II. Attachment A authorizes the Athletic Field Lights fees for 2004. This ordinance shall be effective on January 1,2004.
