AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON,WASHINGTON,
AMENDING CHAPTER 5-1,FEE SCHEDULE,OF TITLE V (FINANCE
AND BUSINESS REGULATIONS)OF ORDINANCE NO.4260
ENTITLED "CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
RENTON,WASHINGTON"BY SETTING AQUATIC CENTER
ADMISSION FEES.
WHEREAS,the City of Rent on wishes to provide to its citizens the most cost effective
services possible;and
WHEREAS,the City Council has adopted a policy that the Aquatic Center Admission
fees shall cover the costs of services;
NOW THEREFORE,THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASlllNGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I.Chapter 5-1,Fee Schedule.ofTitie V (Finance and Business
Regulations)of Ordinance No.4260 entitled ''Code of General Ordinances ofthe City of
Renton,Washington"is hereby amended by adding a new section,5-1-7,to read as follows:
5-I -7:AQUA TIC CENTER ADMISSION FEES:
Admission for the Aquatic Center shall be as follows:
Resident Children 4 and younger
Non-resident Children 4 and younger
Resident Youth 5-17
Non-resident Youth 5-17
Resident Adult
Non-resident Adult
Resident Senior
Non-resident Senior
