CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
ORDINANCE NO. 4953
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING SECTION 5-1-2 OF CHAPTER 1, FEE SCHEDULE, OF
TITLE V (BUSINESS REGULATIONS) OF ORDINANCE NO. 4260
ENTITLED "CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
RENTON, WASHINGTON" BY ADDING A NEW SECTION "D" TO LIST
THE CHARGE FOR COPYING AUDIO OR VIDEO TAPES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Section 5-1-2 of Chapter 1, Fee Schedule, of Title V (Business
Regulations) of Ordinance No. 4260 entitled "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton,
Washington" is hereby amended by adding a new Section D, to read as follows, and by
renumbering the remaining sections accordingly:
D. Audio or Video Tape Copies:
1. Audio tape, each copy $10.00
2. Video tape, each copy $10.00
SECTION II. This ordinance shall be effective upon its passage, approval, and
30 days after publication.
