ORDINANCE NO. 4993
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING SECTION 4-1-180 OF CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION
AND ENFORCEMENT, OF TITLE IV (DEVELOPMENT
REGULATIONS) OF ORDINANCE NO. 4260 ENTITLED "CODE OF
GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON"
INCREASING CERTAIN PUBLIC WORKS FEES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Section 4-1-180.B.2 of Chapter 1, Administration and
Enforcement, of Title IV (Development Regulations) of Ordinance No. 4260 entitled "Code of
General Ordinances of the City of Renton, Washington" is hereby amended to read as follows:
4-1-180.B.2 WATER METER INSTALLATION FEES - CITY INSTALLED: The
following fees are payable at the time of application of water meter(s).

SECTION III. Section 4-1-180.D of Chapter 1, Administration and Enforcement,
of Title IV (Development Regulations) of Ordinance No. 4260 entitled "Code of General
Ordinances of the City of Renton, Washington" is hereby amended to read as follows:
4-1-180.D RELEASE OF EASEMENT FEES:
The imposition, collection, payment and other specifics concerning this charge are
detailed in chapter 9-1 RMC, Easements.
