WHEREAS,our organlzation has approved a comprehensive plan that Includes lhls project area;and
WHEREAS,under the provisbls or WNRP.state funding assistance is requested to aid in financing lhe cost of land
~and/or facirlty development and
WHEREAS,our organization considers it in the best public Interest to complete the land acquisition project desaibed in the
application;
NCIN,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED.that
1.The Mayor [MAYOR,DIRECTOR,PRESIDENT,ETC )be authorized 10 make formal applicatiOn
b lAC for fundilg assistMce;.
2.My fund assistance receNed be used for it1plementation or the project referenced above;
3.Our orgMization hereby certifies that its share of project fooding is commiUed and will be derived from _
