RESOLUTION NO.3668
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON,WASHINGTON,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH SR 900 LLC.
WHEREAS,SR 900 LLC made application to the City of Renton for a Comprehensive
Plan Land Use map amendment and zoning map amend:tnent ofits property;and
WHEREAS,the Planning Commission and the Planning and Development Committee of
the Renton City COWlcil have recommended that the requested modification to the
Comprehensive Plan be granted subject to a development agreement;and
WHEREAS,this development agreement is authorized Wlder RCW 36.70B.170-21 0;and
WHEREAS,this development agreement has been presented at a public hearing before
the City COWlcil held on November 17,2003;and
WHEREAS,the City COWlcil has taken into accoWlt the public conunent presented at the
public hearing;
NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON,DO RESOLVB AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I.
SECTION II.
The above findings are true and correct in all respects.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign the
development agreement with SR 900 LLC.
