ORDINANCE NO. 4 7 8 2
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING SECTION 4-2-050.0 OF CHAPTER 1, LAND USE
DISTRICTS, OF TITLE 4 (DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS), OF
ORDINANCE NO. 4260 ENTITLED "CODE OF GENERAL
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON" BY
CLARIFYING PRIORITY IN THE EVENT THAT THE MASTER
ZONING USE TABLE AND INDIVIDUAL USE TABLES CONFLICT.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Section 4-2-050.0 of Chapter 2, Land Use Districts, of Title 4
(Development Regulations), of Ordinance No. 4260 entitled "Code of General Ordinances of the
City of Renton, Washington" is hereby amended by adding the following subsection which reads
as follows:
6. Use Table Conflicts: In the event of a conflict between section 4-2-060, the
master zoning use table, and any other individual zoning use tables, sections 4-2-070.A through 4-
2-070.R, then the provisions of section 4-2-060 shall have priority.
SECTION H. This ordinance shall be effective upon its passage, approval, and five days
after publication.
