HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 4795 CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON ORDINANCE NO. 4795 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4611 TO CORRECT A SCRIVENER' S ERROR IN THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION. WHEREAS, the City of Renton, by Ordinance No. 4611, vacated a portion of Maplewood Place S .E. from SR-169 to S .E . 6th Street; and WHEREAS, Ordinance No . 4611 contained a legal description as Exhibit A thereto; and WHEREAS, a scrivener' s error has occurred in that legal description; and WHEREAS, it is advisable and necessary to change that legal description; and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 4611 was duly recorded under King County Auditor' s file No. 9606210967; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS : SECTION I. Ordinance No. 4611 is amended by changing Exhibit A thereto to read as follows : See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein. SECTION II.
