SECTION 1. This ordinance also establishes the City Leased Properties Fund, fund 306, for costs associated with leasing properties owned by the City of Renton. The appropriation in this ordinance establishes the authority to meet 1999 City Leased Properties expenditure requirements. SECTION IV.
