RESOLUTION NO. 2521
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 2396 AS IT RELATES
TO SUBSISTENCE, PER DIEM RATES AND USE OF
PRIVATE VEHICLES FOR CITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS the City of Renton has adopted a Policy and Procedure
on travel and business expenses under Procedure No. 210-01, and
WHEREAS the City of Renton has adopted a Policy and Procedure
concerning use of City and personal Vehicles and reimbursement
for the use of private vehicles while on City business under
Procedure No. 100-03; and
WHEREAS these two policies are the current expression of
City Policy in these areas and may conflict with Resolution No.
2396, NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The above recitals are found to be true and
correct.
SECTION II: Resolution No. 2396 is hereby repealed.
