RESOLUTION NO. 2782
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN INTERLOCAL
COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT FOR JAIL HEALTH SERVICES WITH THE
SEATTLE-KING COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH. (CAG-005-90)
WHEREAS, it is the legal responsibility of the City of
Renton to provide health services to the inmates of the Renton
City Jail; and
WHEREAS, the City of Renton desires to engage the Seattle-
King County Department of Public Health to provide certain health
services in connection therewith; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been reached by the parties to
establish exact costs necessary to provide such health services .
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I. The above recitals are found to be true and
correct in all respects.
SECTION II. The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into
an Interlocal Agreement with the Seattle-King County Department
of Public Health to provide jail health services to the City of
Renton for the period January 1, 1990 through December 31, 1990 .

1990 .
