RESOLUTION NO. 2784
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, APPROVING
FINAL PLAT (HENDERSON HOMES - SUMMERWIND DIVISION NO. 4;
FILE NO. FP-103-89)
WHEREAS, a petition for the approval of a final plat for the
subdivision of a certain tract of land as hereinafter more
particularly described, located within the City of Renton, has
heretofore been duly approved by the hearing examiner; and
WHEREAS, after due investigation the hearing examiner
recommended denial of the application for final plat approval, and
applicant having appealed the matter to the City Council of the City
of Renton, and the City Council at its regular meeting of January
22, 1990 modified the conditions of the hearing examiner' s decision
dated November 7 , 1989, and approved the final plat, and such
approval being deemed proper and advisable and in the public
interest,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I . The final plat heretofore submitted and approved
by the city council pertaining to the following described real
estate, to wit:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as
if fully set forth
(Property located to the north of N.E. Sunset Boulevard
between 139th Avenue S.E. and 144th Avenue S.E. if
extended)

be and the same is hereby approved as such plat, subject to the laws
and ordinances of the City of Renton.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 5th day of February
1990 .
