RESOLUTION NO. 3332
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK_TO ENTER INTO AN
AGREEMENT WITH THE TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT
BOARD FOR URBAN ARTERIAL TRUST ACCOUNT FUNDS.
WHEREAS, the City of Renton plans certain improvements to Main Avenue South
between Grady Way and South Third Street; and
WHEREAS, the Transportation Improvement Board has funds in the Urban Arterial
Trust Account to assist the City in its improvements; and
WHEREAS,the Transportation Improvement Board has authorized funds for this project
up to and including the amount of$1,809,977; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to document the terms and conditions under which the

Transportation Improvement Board will provide Urban Arterial Trust Account funds to the City
of Renton;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The above recitals are found to be true and correct in all respects.
SECTION II. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to enter into an
agreement with the Transportation Improvement Board for Urban Arterial Trust Account funds
for the Main Avenue South Project between Grady Way and South Third Street.
